Green tea enjoys a well deserved health halo. Considered one  of the healthiest beverages on the planet, green tea leaves are steeped to make tea. 

Both the leaves and the tea can also be incorporated into cooking or baking. 

USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 70ºC-80ºC and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
